Okay folks, fresh start. I'm "phildirt" with a new handle. No, I didn't do anything wrong or get banned, but after an ISP glitch knocked me off the board, I had a devil of a time getting back in. Been around really since 2001, three formats ago (long before yuku), with somewhere north of 2,200 posts. I used my name "phildirt" more or less by default, it was my original eBay name that I ended up with because my first five choices were taken. I was never crazy about it, so like some others I made the change when the situation warranted it.

I'm in Charleston, SC. Happy with my collection of around 550 cars, which includes 26 childhood cars, 27 cubed Sizzlers, a couple hundred beaters/resto candidates, about 90 really excellent near-mint cars, with a good variety of decent cars in-between. Nowadays my want list is fairly short, but financially on hold for now. Stupid economy. I have a pretty good display of boxed accessories, and a few offbeat HW items. :001_cool:
