Hiya Frank, I really hate to bother you with this problem again but the VAN issue is not concluded I have tried various methods with Mike to conclude this but for some reason there is always an excuse. Most times when I send him a message I never get a response till I contact you. Now that said the last time I called the P.O in the states they said they needed a form to release the refund and had not received it from Mike yet. Well Mike insists that he sent it so i contacted them again and they said they would release the refund if he filled out another form and faxed it back to them. Please read my mails to and from Mike and you will get a much better picture I have given him several outs that all cost me money and not him and he just keeps stringing it along. Thanks Frank let me know what you find out and if you need written permission to access my mail let me know. Thanks Tim ( I have even given him the option of sending me a car of equal value so he is not out of pocked) Tim
