Help me ID this visitor?

Ran across this snake this afternoon. Much different than the normal Black snakes I am familiar with. I would say it's the one Anita is showing. But when in doubt say away. It does not look healthy way too thin/skinny, it's looking for food as theseason is changing and they will most likely go into hibernation soon.

It is a grey rat snake or a juvenile. <br><br>LANCE
