Only a training run but did my first 1/2 marathon (actually a little more) never thought I could or would but I certainly have learned to never say never.

Mark, the positive changes you've made in your life are just awesome! Huge congratulations are in oder, sir!!
I'll drink to that!!!! Pass the porkrinds!!!
The human body can sure do a lot more than most people believe! It just takes the mental side to get it to do it, and it sounds like you've conquered thatnicely, Mark! Congrats!
That's great. Sounds like you enjoy it. Good for you. The only time I run is if something is chasing me.
Right on Mark!! Running a half marathon is no joke. That's a decent time too! My wife has done two of these in the past year so I've seen the trainingthat goes into getting ready. I haven't seen you in a few years, but the guy I remember did not look like a guy who could run this distance so I'mexcited to hear about whatever life improvements you've decided to implement. Keep up the great work!
Wow Mark! Good for you man, that is a very VERY good time for a half +. It was my then 8 year old (10 now) that got me started and together we have stuck throughit (he runs 10ks now and broke the 50 minute barrier). Thanks everyone for the props.
