Shirley's & Spawns Makeover - DSD Style
<p>Here are 2 Drag Strip Demon customs that I'm working on.<br>First is the Shirley Muldowney Mustang. When this casting came out, I had to have it, but the wheels on it were all wrong. So I used an Action Funnycar chassisand a combination of 100% adult collectibles drag wheels in the back and some DSD's in the front which need to be painted silver. You would think it wouldbe easy to swap the chassis, but I tell ya, there is a lot of grinding, cutting and modifying to make it fit right. Still lots to do to get it hinged and rollproperly. Thought I would share. I tried finding a pic of the real car, but couldn't find one. Same thing with this casting, it needed some seriousrealistic detail and I'm very happy with the result. Hope you like.
