I dunno, I don't in any way condone drunk driving but this might be a little much. I don't think he could have hurt anyone outside of himself.

If the dude was smart he would sell the car on ebay with documentation of the ticket I bet it would sell for way more than the fine and probably enough to pay for taxis for three years
