Anyone running IE 9

I been trying the new IE 9 today and i like it so far but for some reason i can't reply to any post a CFR ..but it works fine here.

Well .. i got it fixed as you need to run compatibility mode for some of these message boards..

I wish they would just leave the ie gui alone, leave all options for page layout up to the customer. :chinese:

I hate the "upgrade this, upgrade that; it will become obsolete, you must upgrade to (whatever it is)".
It's like twisting your arm.
I know technology is forever advancing, but still... I hate it... lol.

It is better as it uses the GPU which is way faster then the CPU and should allow DX 11 games within windows..

I did upgrade to IE 9, but unfortunatly it caused me some compatibility problems that wasn't too cool!!!
The new look had all my familiar icons either in a different place that I had to hunt down or didn't have some at all. That, I could deal with and I did fix that. However some sites I could not post on and that I eventually fixed too. But what I could never get working on any sight was to upload a file and that was extremely frusterating!!!. I had Internet Explorer 9 removed and am very relieved to be back to IE 8. IE 9 is still in the experimental stages and I highly recommend not going there until they work out some of the bugs. Unless you or you know someone that can remove it properly (if you do decide to go back due to problems) without causing your computer any damage or losses, I would stay as far away from IE 9 as possible.

I compare it to when Vista first came out and had all those bugs and compatibility issues a few years back.

IE should be removed from the Windows Update panel, select review installed updates and remove ie9. It will then revert back to previous version by removing current files and restoring from restore point. Recommend to wait a bit until all the issues have been addressed, check out MS knowledge base for a list of reported problems and status.

I dunno. I was having problems on quite a few websites. I D/L Firefox and while it fixed some problems it created it's own. I D/L ie9 and things are working almost normal.

Google Chrome works great
