a 1963 issue $5 bill with red seal and numbers. Got it with my change the other day it was facing down and wasn't till i got home to fix my bills and saw it had the red seal and serial numbers. not every day you find a bill almost 50 years old.

[B]Neat! In the last 10 years, i've gotten back as change, a 1934 10.00 bill, and a 5.00 bill from 1950, as well as a few 2.00 bills from '76..........
Still have them all.........[/B]

Here in the Great White North we've started using PLASTIC bills.
Or polymer as it's being described.

They're playing with that idea here, as well as doing away with the $1 bill and replacing it with a $1 coin. We already have the coins in circulation, they just haven't decided to call back the bills.
