I know people now make fun of the 70's but I loved the hell out of the 70's. I was trying to find it on pay per view but it wasn't available in my area. Does anyone know if it was even offered anywhere for pay per view?

~Joe
I have been a Zepplin fan for as long as I can remember, even have a Les Paul like Jimmy's, Cherry Sunburst Standard.............All I can say about theZepplin Reunion is BAS ASS!! I can't believe Jimmy Page is 63.........

Dunno, folks.... I was as big a Zep fan as any in the 70's.... was 13 when I & II were released... I could play every Zep song, including the solos...

But comes a time when you have to move on. Music should evolve. Imagine having an NFL revival game, and expecting 60 year-old stars to perform like they werein their 20's!

Sorry, but it all leaves me flat. I think it's sad that apparently music has become so banal that we have to endure all these revival tours. I got rid ofall my Zep, including vinyl, 8 track, cassette and CD.

So I say get over it... that time has passed and is gone... move on to something new...

Still a Zep fan nonetheless and always will be,
Greg

I can understand Greg's sentiments...but since I've never seen them live (except on concert videos) I don't know if they can stay play like the"old days"...but if they can, I certainly wouldn't mind seeing them. JB Jr is a nice enough replacement at drums since he grew up with the Zepthrough his dad...and the rest of the group is in tact. Will probably cost an arm and a leg though given the expected demand... now only if I can get BonScott with AC/DC, Joey, Dee Dee and Johnny with the Ramones for one last show...

Ricky Yo

So I say get over it... that time has passed and is gone... move on to something new...

Sorry Greg, if that's the way you feel, no problem, you go ahead and move on to something new. I personally enjoy classic rock of the 60'sand 70's and see no point in "getting over it". I like a lot of music that comes out these days but still love the 60's and 70's rock.
Brian

Ricky Yo, I'm with you on a Ramones reunion but we'd have to find a way to bring them back to life first.

All I can say about the Zepplin Reunion is BAS ASS!!

Is that anything like Trout Pout, except your butt gets all puffy and scaly?
Oh Wow..that classic rock is the Music of my life.
Sure I digress to the odd classic country or Easy listening when in the mood, but those tunes will always be the soundtrack of my life..they are the best.

I say,
I know,it's only Rock n Roll,but I like it.

F~

Led Zeppelin is and will always be one of the GREATEST rock bands of all time. We are so lucky to have this blessing from the Gods themselves. Think of it,the music today can not even hold a candle to the mighty ZEP period! so, Why should anybody just move on and call this masterpieces of rock music and historybehind it passe? Nothing can take this mighty ZEPPELIN down nothing. And speaking of Chicklu's comments on John Paul Jones. She is absolutely right! Eachindividual member was it's own force! That is what made Zeppelin zeppelin. All 4 of them were all certain ingredient that made that perfect recipe! We WILLNEVER EVER see anything like this from a band in our life time or any after us. The Beatles were the same way infact. Rock On everybody Rock on!

Yes, I agree. The music from any Great Band is timeless and never gets old, same holds true for Classic movies, classic automobiles, and collectibles......Somethings just cannot be duplicated!!
