Still hooked, but I was worried about the potential for a jumpin of the shark, when Jack met the crew in a broom closet. "Who else is in" "ah,we're it." OK, I'm in.
My wife bought all of the seasons on DVD a while back (we don't get TV). She likes it. I don't. The story lines are ok but, in general, I found it tobe nothing but poorly disguised racist hate propaganda advocating torture. Disgusting.

Gramps
interesting thing to ponder.....since "24" is about 24 for hours in the day and there are 24 shows in the season (one for each hour). Shouldn'tthere be at least 6 of the episodes that at least have Jack sleeping?
Jack doesn't sleep, he gets his rest from stabbing baddies in the eye with ballpoint pens. Though, I did see him drink a cup of coffee in one episode (Ithink season four, he was on a Hercules)...

That was 7-8 years ago. Maybe even 9-10. Idon't remember. Since then my wife buys movies and sometimes TV seasons and I buy an occasional documentary but that's about it. We've got a lot ofkids movies/cartoons for the grandkids too. I get all my news and sports from the web.

I also watched a couple of TV series at hulu.com a while back. One thing I noticed that was really interesting was that the running time of older 1 hour TVprograms (e.g. the original Star Trek) was 50+ minutes. The newer shows have a running time of barely 40 minutes.

Gramps
Chalk me up as another 24 fan!

My wife and I are hooked....

Dave
Add me in for 4 hours of lost sleep! And we loved it so far!

LANCE
I can't imagine not having a tv. I will read some articles online but I have to have my tv. Tv and my vcr and I amvery happy. I have never watched a tv show on the computer. To me, the computer is for work (Ebay). If I want to watch a tv series or movie, it's onthe tv.

maribell
