My dad got dozens and dozens of first day covers. After he died, my antique dealer sister and I tried to liquidate them but they are really so worthless weended up tossing almost all of them.<br><br>The stub is way cool, but the masks are creepy Mardi Gras kitsch to me (I'm sorta from New Orleans). --p<br>
Yea the stamps are nothing at all. The masks are just cool. I will hang them and display them. The stubs are really killer to me. I am a huge sports fan, so ilike those. May just seal them in a screw down proector and put them away?? We will see. Thanks for all the help on these items!!
With Ebay, you don't throw anything out. YOu put a bunch of them together in a lot and then set a price of 9.99 or whatever. Hopefully, you will get alotof bids. If just one bid, then buy some beer or treat your family to a cake or buy some lotto tickets. You might not get the money invested but at least yougot something.<br><br><br>As for the masks, see if there is a manufacturer or a date or a place where they were made. Think i am just gonna put the stamps back and store them Give em to the youngest boy one of these days. And there is a whole book of these not just 2 or 3. Themasks say made in japan on the back side. Dont think they are anything special at all. And the 2 ticket stubs,well those will be placed in a screw down holderand put back also. I really like those!! Nothing real valuable but never the less pretty cool for Free.
