<font color="#996600">I would go after the parents to find out why he looks like a little sumo. What are they feeding him, tubs of lard? He looks a lot more than 2 years old! He is way too overweight.. Or perhaps the parents gave him cigarettes to see if he will lose a little weight?<br><br><br>maribell</font>

Weighs 56 lbs at 2. My 4 yr old is just 50 and twice as tall. My 12 yr old weighs 70 lbs. <br><br>
Mother wants him to stop but Dad doesnt see anything wrong with him and it is a 3rd world country so mom has no say.

I have a lot of questions about this. How did he get started? Why did someone give him a cigarette in the first place? How did he know what to do with it? <br>This is a real example of what a child can/will do in order to receive "approval" or confirmation from a parent.Also, how different humans are culturally.In many parts of the world the harmful effects of tobacco use are not yet a concern.That kid sure is a chunk.
