They also have a website. They bought an old pinball machine awhile back. I think it was the episode where they arm wrestled over the final price. Paid $250? I think it's on their website for $700.
even if all of it isn't 100% realistic, I still like the show. I love seeing the old collections they find. The guy who had a White Castle, church, old store etc on his property was really cool. The place where he bought the 1930 something Harley was amazing. I love places like that and I get to at least see some of them that I never otherwise would.
I still like Pawn Stars. I've always thought I would love to have that job. Again, even though some of it is made for television, they still show some really cool items and many of them are realistically priced.
I never cared much for OCC. Their bikes do nothing for me.

American Pickers arent ebayer and flea markets only guys. They tell you that much in the show. They have buyers lined up before they buy almost anything. Watch the Ryan Newman show. They do sell alot to a clientel. I also think they buy alot of that stuff, $5-20 for the show. I also would love to see the sell for prices. I have been seeing more and more flea market guys pricing their stuuf based on the prices they post, and it sucks but it also doesnt sell.
As for Pawn Stars another great show but the stuff you see is about 5% of what they buy. And at least they get experts to price most. As for Ricks show saw it yesterday and wasnt a bad show. I loved the Hershey reconditioning. Looks to be a decent 1/2 hour show.

I had to work last night so I havent seen it yet, I DVR'd it so as soon as my daughter goes to sleep I'm gonna check it out. I agree, the prices and "Reality" aspect of these shows is off in left field, but still fun to watch.
