Ya know I feel bad for Cubs fans but good for Dodgers fans - glad to see class act Joe Torre getting his due
and in his mind laughing at Steinbrenners! Also glad to see Manny happy and going for MVP - he always had
the talent and most of us fans really loved having him here - just the Ahole Boston sports writers who always
put him on the fire and he finally had enough(although I don't agree with the way he went about leaving).
One player I can't stand is Zambrano! Big cry baby! Red Sox coming out tonight with another of their Aces,
Dice K - Go Red Sox and also Go White Sox - Rays will not win WS!

K-dog

Well, I hate these playoffs! I've seen little league players who can play better d, and they play for FREE. Is there a manuel available for the Angelsoutfielders that stresses the importance of actually CATCHING a flyball? They don't seem to grasp this concept. To much to ask for a timely jump here orthere as well-right my bad? Oh well, good luck RedSox fans, you earned it. JD Drew? You've got be kidding me. Biggest free paychecker earner in the leagueto never amount to squat. ANYBODY BUT THAT AZZCLOWN!!!!!
Dodger fan should pray for this one, since that team will not look like it's current state next year, when they have to actually pay for the players ontheir roster who actually do something. Manny FOR free, and he might just hit you into the big show. Unreal......

Well, like i said don't count out the Dodgers. Before the first game. But i also said LA Angels of A would win it all. So wrong there too. Just goes toshow you. In a short series, anything can happen. That's why Baseball is the best. Not always the best team that wins. I did'nt forget the New YorkFootball Giants. Not the best record, but still won. Now, to me it looks like the Dodgers and Redsox. For what ever that is worth, lol.

As much respect as I have for Torre, IMHO he miss managed his pitching staff miserably. D'Lowe was on cruise control. Gotta leave him in for at least onemore inning. Over on the RLMarx World Series Giveaway post, 31 members made picks. Of those, 24 were for either the Red Sox or the Dodgers with 12 each. That left only 7 remaining picks: 6 for Tampa Bay and 1 for Philadelphia (bill58 stands alone there). Right now, both of those teams are leading the series 3-1. I don't want to speak too soon, because anything can happen in baseball (and often does). But it looks like it may not be much of contest. Over 75% of the contestants could get knocked out. I won't be watching the World Series if it comes to that, because I just don't care about either team one way or the other. But if Philadelphiawins, I'm gonna send Bill a buck so he can buy me a lottery ticket.
