Chuck, you can send all the snowflakes this way if you'd like. I don't remember what today's temperature was, but it was as humid as a high wirewalker's armpits here. And, with all the brown leaves on the ground (we don't have many of those "turn pretty in the fall" ones here) itsmelled pretty funky too.

Where are the people from Iowa around here anyway? I know we have members who live there. I want pics of the heavier snow, dangit!

Thank you, Karen, for giving me something pretty to look at and it was cool to see the kids enjoying the white stuff. =)

yup...the snows here....

I want some snow. I'm gonna miss not having any, and I'd gladly shovel the driveway to get if we got some.

Kitty, it was mid 60s here in Waco all day, spent most of the day in the garage playing with the truck LOL.

I'm hoping it snows while I'm back in Ohio for Xmas, that would make my trip.

Adam, I'd say you have a good chance of seeing snow when you head north for Christmas. You also may see some after you get back home. Believe it or not, itdoes get cold here. Often, it's that wet cold that goes right through to your bones. Waco gets snow a lot more often than we do. In fact, you're rightat the southern boundary of where the snow usually stops. Either the Waco area or just north of you. There have been many times when we'll get together anddrive north, just to see the snow (and be idiots playing in it too). Have a safe trip, Adam!

Josh, thank you for the pic =) That pretty banana ought to be inside the garage, not parked in front of it though!

I never thought you guys got snow there Karen! I always thought you had to go back further into the Fraser Valley towards Chilliwack or Hope! Snow in Canada's California? Where's the toboggan? Always have. I grew up in Burnaby, which is even farther from Hope and Chilliwack thanLangley is and we got snow almost every winter. Canada's California? I've never heard that expression before but I like it. If only we got as muchsunshine as California gets.

It's still coming down! Won't be leaving the house to go out anywhere. The roads are a mess. The kids are outside playing in it right now and havingfun. I think that's why I like snow so much, cuz the kids have so much fun in it. If you hate snow and don't have kids go borrow your neighbour'sor a friend's kids. I think you'll appreciate the snow better after watching them playing in it.

~Karen
