you can delete if needed but i was talking on the phone with a long time friend the other day, also a board member here, and asked him what he thought of thebs stimulus plan. his reply was "i hope some body shoots that effin' fill in the blank" i dont condone murder or ass. attempts but i wasn'toffended or bothered by what he said. now they are talikng about bailing out home owners. home onwners that should have remained renters, but nooooooooo letsget the poor and under priveledged into homes. there are renters and there are home owners and some where along the lines some people thought everyone shouldbe a home owner. so lets pass a "cramm down bill" where you owe 150k on a house that you can't pay. now some bankruptcy judge has the right to"cramm down" your loan to 100k so you the"should have remained renter" homeowner can afford it. who do you think will cover that 50k??????you will as the mortgage rates will skyrocket to cover impending losses by the lenders. isn't the obama plan great <img src="http://www.dodgetalk.com/forums/images/smilies/gr_bs.gif" alt="image"><br>
