AVERY appropriate book for anyone concerned with <span style="font-weight: bold;">saving the <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 255);">U.<span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">S.</span>A.</span></span> from the enemies within !<br><br>On my desk at various stages :<br>"Ben Franklin's Almanac - Being a True Account of the Good Gentleman's Life" - Candace Fleming<br>"Jefferson and His Time - Vol. 1 - Jefferson the Virginian" - Dumas Malone<br>"Of Wolves and Men" - Barry Lopez<br>"Masonic, Hermetic, Qabbalistic & Rosicrucian Symbolical Philosophy" - Manly Hall<br><br>And there's some 'novel' type thing under the seat in my truck. That's in case I ever get stranded and HAVE to have something to read. I try toavoid tripe whenever possible, but this way in the unlikely event I get stuck somewhere it will force me outside of my comfort zone of facts and logic. I know... sounds girlie-manish to me too when I just read it.
