Steve, your paint work is absolutely amazing! The bug is just gorgeous...I would love to see it in person!!<br><br>One question...why would you go ahead and install the doors? Is it just temporary? It seems like it would be much easier to do your interior installationwithout the doors in place.<br><br>Keep the pics coming! Again...incredible work!!<br>

Steve, that looks like black chrome to me? She's comin' along great. Without the fenders it sorta reminds me of those old Fiats from the middle of thelast century. I've only bought bugs that have missing sunroofs or chippy as heck. I felt sorry for them so I threw a bud on them.<br><br>On why I installed the doors... It was making me nervous having them stored on the floor of the Hotrod shop. They were perfectly safe where we had them, but Ifeel better with them on the car. To be honest, they are easily taken off if need be. Also with the body on that cart, I can just crawl under the cart andinstall anything I need to. If so I just love doing cycle gas tanks and side covers. Doing cycle tanks is sorta like doing bug fenders !!
