"The supreme rule cut in stone and handed directly down to man via the stone tablets containing the 10 Commandments says, 'Though Shalt NotKill". This rule cannot be broken by Christians no matter how craftily the slick forked tongue of man twists and skews the word of God!"

Once again Andy, this tells individuals to not commit murder, BUT the penalty for breaking the commandment was death, normally by stoning. So, don't usethe Bible or Christianity to try and make a point that the Bible itself contradicts!

Also Jamie, it says thou shalt not kill. What happens to those who kill on behlf of the state. Where in the Bible does God say "Thou shalt not kill,but......",or , "Thou shalt not kill, except for those who carry out executions on behalf of the state, even when the state may in some cases bewrong?"

I say that a person GUILTY of murdering for convenience be put to death. Now, I do agree, weneed to make sure without a shadow of a doubt the person is in fact guilty. When there is no doubt, such as DNA evidence, that a particular person is guilty ofsay raping and killing a 12 year old girl, give them the needle and game over. If there is no evidence that gives us 100% proof, then I agree the dp should notbe used.

I think when i go to Parris Island this summer im going to name my rifle Andy out of pure irony! Dont know how well that would go over with the DI'sthough. I could name it Andi since thats the female spelling.

This is my rifle there are many like it but this one is mine.
My rifle is named Andy.
It was made in Canada.
It is not a killer.
It shoots only rubber bullets.
My rifle is my friend but it it cant kill my enemies.
Therefore to survive i can have no enemies. Unless they too do not kill.
And if they do kill i must run far away from them. Into the hills.
Or shoot straighter than my enemies and hit them in the eye.
Because that is the only way my rubber bullets will strike them down.
Without my rubber rifle i am not able to shoot my enemies eye out
Without me my rubber rifle is still a cool novelty and makes the anti gun folks happy
So be it!
Before God and hippies i swear this creed.
