Tim, That KISS car is too cool. And tahnks for the link Jimmy. I finally got my J Tubes for the engine. I did my test fit and then went to get my camera.....damn, I forgot my camera. So tomorrow I will post pics then. I attached the flanges and then fit the tubes to the engine and tack welded the flanges to thetubes. In case your wondering, the j-tubes replace the heater boxes.<br><br>Laters, Steve

However, as a body man do you feel that a properly appliedmodern paint job shouldn't require that much detail work afterwards? I've seen the paint on your car and the smoothness you have achieved seems tocome from the amount of prep work you put in <em><u>before</u></em> the color is applied, correct? Or, to put it more simply, your car will never need theamount of polishing and waxing as the car in the link did becasue of your pre paint prep work. <img src="http://static.yuku.com//domainskins/bypass/img/smileys/wink.gif" alt="image"><br><br>Bob Jordan

Mine shouldn't need that much polishing and waxing when I'm done. Some, but not to thatextreme.<br><br><br>Steve

<p>I recieved the new j-tubes from Zarwerks last week and I fit them and welded the flanges on them. Sanded them smooth and painted them with heat paint. I got off my butt and did some assembly on the engine.
