Hey - Here's a suggestion. If you want people to take a serious look at your question lose that "flash" &amp;*$% in your avatar. You startedthe post and it's in #3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 16, 20 ,23, 26 ,27 and 37. Get rid of that annoying crap...
