I'd definately maintain the strip ability. From the sounds of things you'll have more fun with that at the dragstrip than at the local cruise in. Iagree with your idea to make it roadable again but I'd certainly make it a comprimise.<br><br>Then again, it's yours. Definately different which is a plus.

Rare back then,very rare today.......<br><br>Altho 429/460's ("385" engine family) were not available from the factory in Montegos or Torinos in '69, they still fit, but i'll bet yait's a tight one if it still has the stock shock towers! <img src="http://static.yuku.com//domainskins/bypass/img/smileys/laugh.gif" alt="image"><br><br>Looks like you got a lot of bang for the buck, and looking forward to your posting of that first E.T. you turn with it, the 460's a tourquing, H.P. crazyMo Fo, built a few of them myself over the years.
