Plano / Jammer cases

I'm in need of 2-3 of those clear plastic 48 car cases they call 'Jammers', made by the Plano company (they make tackle boxes). I can't find any at the stores here in SC. Does anybody have any extras they want to part with? They don't have to be new ... just functional. PM or respond here if you do. Thanks!

They ain't got none at walmart?

Went to three local Walmarts here in SC and to Target .... none of them even carry them any more.

Ask your Walmart to order them. They carry them around Ca. If you need the UPC I'll get it next time I'm at Walmart. Might cost more to ship than they are worth. You use to also be able to order them by the case from the Plano company. I don't have thier number anymore.

Our local Walmart here in PA will not get them. I've been looking for years. I hear stories they get two or three a year around Christmas. I had to get them from Josh(Sharky8js) in Missouri and have him ship them to me. He tried to get me more recently and they wouldn't sell them to him(even though he picked them up in the store), they said something about not being able to sell them anymore. The only place I can find them online is a few eBay sellers. I have the UPC if you need it as some of mine still have the insert in them. The only extras I have are in poor shape(broken handles etc.) but would work for displaying and the doors latch securely. If you can't find mint and are interested, let me know.

My wife works at the local walmart, and i spoke to the managers. it's a promotional item, they can not order them.
Like Dave said, the last 2 times I found them on the shelf, the register popped up "DO NOT SELL" ???
The manager did tell me to contact Plano directly.

I have seen these in walmarts here in Anderson. I will look next time I am there.

Appreciate ALL of the replies guys! I even took one of my old ones into the Wally-World here so I could ask if they can be ordered .... no luck. I have investigated the Plano website - nothing. But I have not called them ..... yet(?). I'm not even sure what these sell for new at the retail level. I did find an auction on Ebay where I can get a new case of 6 units for $52 plus $16 shipping. I really don't need 6, but I am considering getting those.

Kevin, I havent been to Anderson .... cant imagine Walmart there having them and not Greenville or Spartanburg, since they are all served from the Laurens distribution center. But it would be great. Let me know if they carry them, or just pick up a few and I'll get up with you. We need to get together one of these days anyway!

You might want to keep your eye out on Jo-Ann stores if you have one nearby. I see they have them for sale online as thread organizers. Hopefully they start carrying them in the stores as well.
