More fun from Texas
Well I finally broke down ("emotionally") and bought a daily driver....
Ended up getting an '05 Magnum RT. Its got everything available except AWD (which I'm glad it doesnt have that). My only complaint is it has a sunroof, which I'd ratherit not have but otherwise its an awesome car in amazing condition.

After finally being able to get under my truck and look at the turbo...yeah...its shot. I'll be sending it back soon for it to be warrantied out, but itspretty frustrating to spend that much money on a system, to have the turbo crap out on you after less than 2,000 miles.

The turbine fins hit the housing and broke off, which (as shown in the 2nd pic) took the seals with it...and the bearings.

YAY for me LOL

That's one sweet grocery getter Adam. Loaf of bread and a gallon of milk in 12 seconds?
Back home before the commercial is over.

Congrats,
Tim

That's a car that I was surprised Chrysler killed off; they seemed to sell really well in these parts. Looks great, and I hear you on the sunroof; at 6-2,some of us need those missing three inches of headroom!

Its even worse at 6'6"

Its got factory nav. I wanna lower it but my truck is dropped so I may leave this one stock height...we'll see.
I really like the look of these with a set of SRT Challenger wheels.
Budget performance upgrades...something like a Franks Racing Sidewinder or Comp 268, SRT Headers, exhaust and Diablo and I'll be ready to roll.
Gotta get the truck goin for good first though.

Hot 300 BTW.

Do you get on LXForums?

Do I recall that you moved to Texas?
There's a huge LX GTG in Waco in October, I'm heading to that, and a guy in my neighborhood who is bagging his Magnum is goin...there's about 100cars signed up so far.

Love the magnum, Adam!! I always wish they would have offered some in their muscle truck colors, but what a body style!!!
-
Brian aka blue camaro was talking about Texas at one time but i am sure he is still up here also

Always loved that body style Adam! Looking forward to the photos when you get her set up the way you want!
Shame that they discontinued this one.

The major money will still go to my truck. I dont know if I'm going to do any performance to it or not, I keep going back and forth.
I wanna do wheels and lower it for sure...but may leave it at that and keep putting the go fast goodies in the Ram.
We'll see...
