GO COWBOYS!!! from the time i can remember. i was just a wee guy.

COWBOYS COWBOYS!!!
-
I was a Cleveland Browns fan from the time I was a kid in the 70's until Modell took the team to Baltimore in '94 or whenever that was. That was theday I became a casual fan. But it was sure a fun ride in the 80's except that John Elway would break my heart every year.

I guess I sort of pull for the Pats since Belichik, the last Browns coach, is the head guy.

And I realize there is a team in Cleveland again, but it doesn't feel the same.
-
New York Giants! Since early childhood.
-
Being from New England there's only one obvious choice....the team with the best QB in the game right now. Go Pats!

Cowboys since the mid 70s. I live in NY. HOW 'BOUT THEM BOYS!!!!!!
-
Go Steelers #7 on the way!
-
Los Angeles/St. Louis Rams fan for 45 years!!
-
Any team that beats the Broncos - all my life!!!

I have bled GREEN and GOLD since 1980 when Irealized I love football!

Go Pack Go! We will never forget you Brent!

Jeff
-
49ers ever since 89, the first year I started watching 4 down football. 3 downs is a much better game.
-
Patriots all the way!!! Last year was a real drag without Tom Brady - kind of like "pretend" football(even at 11-6).
-
Jacksonville Jaguars since their inception in '95.....we finally got a team!
-

jamwood1 wrote:
Jacksonville Jaguars since their inception in '95.....we finally got a team!

Thats my team.. I became a semi fan of them when they beat the Broncos in the Wild Card game way back.. then when I lived in Jax, my roommate hadseason tickets so I went to all the games and became a fan. They havent made it very far in the playoff's, but man they play with heart!

And.. they are very good at beating the Broncos, so I like them even more..
-
I've been a Vikings fan for as long as I've been watching football...a dozen years or so. This season should be interesting.
-

Scott, not all Raiderfans are quiet. At least we know our team is bad, Cowboyfan still hasn't woke up to this realization yet. Didn't the Raiders justbeat the Cowboys a week or two ago? We're basement dwellers too, who might actually be worse this year than last. We have that much in common, trustme........

Hmmmm........ Interesting take there Scott, but you also have to look at it as the cowboys LOSING that "scrimmage game"!!
-
Did anybody happen to notice if there were some words above the picture two posts ago?
-
Good God.......are we actually going to start keeping track of pre-season games? yeah......let's see if an old fart from Detroit can win the game forDallas and then we'll decide what kind of team we have? Jeeeeeeez! detroit might be Super Bowl bound for all we know right now. Actually.......the firstgame this season I'm interested in......is the Detroit/NO game. I hope Detroit comes out fighting. They have everything to gain and nothing tolose.......plus it would be good for Bush's ego to lose to Detroit right out of the bag! Go Lions! and that's coming from a Die-hard Cowboys fan! GOCOWBOYS! .........and I heard that the new Cowboys stadium is going to be renamed "Heaven". .........well ......you know how the story goes! :)
-
Cowboy's can't even figure out how to place the jumbotron correctly. Much like their QB "situation." And yes, as a Raiderfan, ALL I GOT ISPRESEASON. I know the next 4 months will be nothing nice to me.
Scott, I love Al Davis, and I know he's not going to die either. I also know he's lost touch with the current state of the NFL.

Browns since birth

cockycpa wrote:
Did anybody happen to notice if there were some words above the picture two posts ago?
No, I got distracted. I assumed it was something about a tight end.

Don't live near enough to a major market to have developed an affinity for any one NFL team. (The Kansas City Chefs? No thanks!) Besides, I'm inHusker country. Go Big Red!

And yes, I realize I spelled it "Chefs"... thumbing my nose at a friend, a Kansan and big time Chiefs fan.

Yes, my team the BUCS will be hosting the Cowboys opening
weekend. Should be a good one!

loaf7 wrote:
Browns since birth
I give you props if you went back. For me, it was bad enough when they moved to Baltimore, but they had to go and finally win the SuperBowlthere. Man, I had suffered through Lester Hayes' interception in the end zone in '80, giving up a 21-0 lead to the Dolphins in '85, The Drive, TheFumble, the refs giving away the Wild Card to the Oilers, the 3rd lost chance against Elway and the stomping at Pittsburgh after it appeared that Belichik hadrighted the ship. Ironic that it was the Pats the Brownies beat in the Wild Card that year.

There were some good times though. Shutting up the bickering Bills in '89 was cool.
