Mucho props for Stone Brewing. The pub across the street from the office has Arrogant Bastard on tap. I am envious of you sir.
My version of your pilgrimage occurs every Thanksgiving when we go to Bend, Oregon for the holiday and stop by Deschutes Brewery. Tasty!

Count me in for the next trip as well. Love everything Stone brews, and the food isn't too bad either.
The Shepherd's Pie contains ground beef, enough vegetables to make your mom happy and twelve cows' worth of cheese. The 40-minute tour is free and obligatory, as it concludes with free beers. Appetizers and lunch or dinner will run you around $25-30 per gut. A draft will run you $5-8 on average, while some of the limiteds and bottles are slightly more (i.e., the big Red Barn seen was $12 and an equal sized Angel's Share - incredibly rare anywhere else...think orange Double Header - will put you back $40). The beer list is updated every few weeks and is incredibly extensive. Of course, these aren't yellow fizzy beers; a half-day at the place will find you well-lubricated and you'll likely leave barrel-chested and bearded with a viking helmet replete with horns.
If anyone's ever interested in preparing a convoy, I'd be more than down. The very modern grounds and architecture are as impressive as the fare, along with walking trails and streams and such.

With a write up/review like that, how can one not want to go??
Nicely done!!!
Oh, we got a mighty convoy, truckin' to the stonebrew!

ROAD TRIP!!!
-
All right now, time to set up another trade day with a trip to Stone Brew on the side. Or maybe it's actually the trade day that will be on the side. I'll fly down for that.

Sounds like a great road trip crew!
