he only smokes after he eats which by the looks of him, he's either got food shoved in his pie hole or he's got a cigarette.<br>He's probably diabetic and I would also wager he's older than 2 years.<br>

Weighs 56 lbs at 2. My 4 yr old is just 50 and twice as tall. My 12 yr old weighs 70 lbs. <br><br>
Mother wants him to stop but Dad doesnt see anything wrong with him and it is a 3rd world country so mom has no say.
I have a lot of questions about this. How did he get started? Why did someone give him a cigarette in the first place? How did he know what to do with it? watch the video and you can see he's being shown what to do with the cig.<br>that's just a big family of losers.<br>
<br>This is a real example of what a child can/will do in order to receive "approval" or confirmation from a parent.Also, how different humans are culturally.In many parts of the world the harmful effects of tobacco use are not yet a concern.That kid sure is a chunk.
