If you mean from a spray can specifically one member here would probably be able to help you, try contacting Rob AKA "Jamie94cat" he does a lot of rattle can work, if it's just a paint that mimics redline enamel yellow I understand Testors is the closest match...that's the best I can do to help you so far...good luck with your search.

You best be hitting that with some white primer if you plan on covering with yellow ! The yellow won't cover well over a dark color.

Just did this using Tamiya yellow. Not sure if it's what you are looking for but it's nice paint to work with.

Nicely done. What brand did you end up with, model paint or household Krylon, Valspar, etc?
Thanks i used household Krylon DUELl sun yellow and testers clearcoat and flat black
