Some great games so far. I am a Laker fan fro the late 60s. Still am a Laker fan.
I also like the looks of the Thunder and the Heat. Many superstars on those teams should make this the most competitive playoffs in a long time.
Who is you favorite team?

Celtics dropped the first one too. Wow...and at home.
I guess I am rooting for the Sixers. It is the only team from Pennsylvania I can stand(in the NFL, NHL, NBA anyway). And, I'd like to see the Clippers win the west, just because they have a history of sucking. Nothing against the Lakers, but they are competitive and in the playoffs almost every year. Will Lakers fans root for the Clippers if the Lakers are eliminated? Or is it like Chicago where you either like the Cubs or Sox?
I'm a big Boston Celtics fan but have to admit that I'm surprised they made it this far. There key players are banged up but Garnett is playing like he did 10 years ago. I would guess it will be Miami and San Antonio with San Antonia taking it all. Can never count the Lakers out though.
Hoping the Thunder get it done.
And now the Heat lose a game at home?

I'd have to say the lakers will win game three, but the series will be either a 5 or 6 game series with okc taking it. Hopefully the clippers will win this round of the playoffs

The Nuggets are my team, but as we have seen time and time again, they can't beat the Lakers.. so I always root for them and OKC.. as I know OKC will be in it for the long haul. I think OKC is a great young team, and deserves a ring!
I am thinking the finals will be OKC vs Heat.. and OKC in 6, but we shall see...

Well it was hard to watch the game tonight, sad to watch the lead drain out, but I could see it was going to go that way!!
Wow the lakeshow is going the way I thought it would, go okc! I am sad that the clips haven't done better against the spurs, I guess I should be happy they made it to round 2. Go pacers, beat the heat. Ok on a serious note, I do like the lakers, I just hated the nonsense when they lost last year. For about three or four years I have liked the okc team, this year was a delight. I have been a clipper fan for about 8 years now, and was excited for them this year, hopefully their staff won't get rid of to many good players.
The Lakers are getting old and slowing down. OKC is the new younger generation that is faster, healthier and has more stamina than the Lakers.
While I watch the Heat arguing with their coach and we see the celtics (again too old) give up big leads again to Indiana, things are much different nowadays in the NBA.
However, being the true Laker fan that I am, I am not counting out the Lakers just yet. OKC must win 1 more to move on, so I still have hope.
If the Lakers do not move to the next round, my money is on OKC to go all the way.

ps...the clippers are getting better but they must realize they must play as a team and not just a couple slamming jamming superstars.
As a team the clippers are playing well, this is their first year with this cast, if they can keep the crew together who knows what the future holds, also Kobe seems to want to dominate his team where as Pau doesn't seem to want to dominate anyone

Spurs and OK should be a great match up. I think the Spurs will win the title. I was surprised the Lakers didn't have more fight in them but I'm glad I don't have to look at Ron Artest anymore.

I hope the NBA starts fining people who to crap like that. There is already talk about that happening.

Paul Pierce has been 1 of the best players in the NBA for atleast 10 years and lets be real here. I know that you are a Lakers fan and obviously must hate the Celtics but take a look at Kobie. You get called for a foul if you are anywhere near him not to mention he takes 5 steps and doesn't get called for traveling. Lebron James is the biggest flopper there is in my opinion. Hate on the Celtics all you want but they are getting it done for a bunch of old guys.
