New Malware may shut down your PC Monday 8th of July..A MUST READ!!!!

If you haven't heard there is a DNS Changer Malware program that is due to hit on this Monday, check this FBI site to make sure your computer is not infected and if it is there is a fix on this page. I just checked mine and says it's running fine...

[h=3]What is the DNS Changer Malware?[/h]
On November 8, the FBI, the NASA-OIG and Estonian police arrested several cyber criminals in “Operation Ghost Click”. The criminals operated under the company name “Rove Digital”, and distributed DNS changing viruses, variously known as TDSS, Alureon, TidServ and TDL4 viruses. [h=3]What does the DNS Changer Malware do?[/h]
The botnet operated by Rove Digital altered user DNS settings, pointing victims to malicious DNS in data centers in Estonia, New York, and Chicago. The malicious DNS servers would give fake, malicious answers, altering user searches, and promoting fake and dangerous products. Because every web search starts with DNS, the malware showed users an altered version of the Internet.
Under a court order, expiring July 9, the Internet Systems Consortium is operating replacement DNS servers for the Rove Digital network. This will allow affected networks time to identify infected hosts, and avoid sudden disruption of services to victim machines.

Could be coincidence, having never had my Yahoo mail attacked, I now have had that experience; this afternoon.
Looks like I attempted to send out hundreds of emails.

Not certain if it is releated, but I did, against my typical course of action, click on the link provided.

To those that received something from me, all apologies.

Anyone else experience this coincidence?

if your email is spaming change your password and it should stop,that is what msn had me do when mine was spaming..
