I have a new toy and i'm going be busy playing with it lol.. i always told myself if i found an older vert in nice shape i would buy it and always loved the look of this body with the bullet wheels .. i may even start selling off my collection ..

Nice little ride! My brother had an '88 with a 4 banger in it and I was SO surprized driving it to find out how FAST it took off and went.....and with only a 4 cyl. I can only imagine how quick they are with 6 or 8 cyl...
They seem to just blow EVERYTHING off the dragstrip too....

It's a 2001 deluxe GT with 4.6liter V8 and it's seems pretty strong.. some say the 4.6L makes more torque then the older 5.0

Nice car! Congrats on the addition, it looks great! If I got a vert, I'd burn my starting to bald head!.. LOL.. I guess I could ware a cap...but It'd probably blow away on me... oh well... maybe a UV protectant is the solution :)

It's a joy to drive and can scare the hell out of me when you floor it.. from what i can tell it's all factory even the wheels as it would of cost around 26,000 to 28,000 in 2001 so it wasn't a cheap car back then and i hope to keep it looking like new for awhile.
