Almost 28 miles so far and still climbing! They wanted to jump at 23 miles...

What a trip this is...I'm nervous for the guy...

Yeah... Been watching it this morning. He just passed 90,000 feet. Pretty wild stuff for sure. Average person would NEVER get this opportunity!

I just figured out that the readings off to the right are METERS, not miles...so he's not at the 23 miles they calculated yet.

Hope they figure out his heater for his visor!

Also following along with the Shuttle's progress through town...,,,I'm nuts for that thing. Would have given ANYTHING to have gone for a ride....EVEN if it blew up after launch! :D

You wouldn't know what hit ya anyhow if it did......maybe for about a few seconds,...but hey....THAT would be better than lingering in a hospital bed with some awfull disease...
