    Default The Swiss' New Ride

Ill have to take more pictures... but here are 2 angles. Being now fuel is over $4.05 in my area, my older 1992 Ford Explorer was getting really low mpg (16mpg on a good day), i had to trade her in. Plus the AC was going. Here is a picture of her being traded in. Ill miss her, couldnt ask for a better truck194,500 miles on her with a 5 speed.

    I got a 2008 Dodge Avenger SXT

    Black Metallic pearl

FWD 2.4l 4cyl. PZEV 16Valve Dual VVT Engine (very fuel efficient, very low emissions) (22city - 31hwy)

My Gig radio (satilight radio, 20gig HDD for .MP3, .jpg, .WMF (windows media files suck), as well as import your CD's to the HDD, and watch DVD movies(with the car in park of course)

    Boston Accustics 6 speaker system

and every bell and whistle you can think of without having to go to the R/T model which was lower MPG and about $3000 more.

Im still slowly getting used to it, she turns alot of heads. What i like most about it, when ever i tell someone about it, they say.. "Avenger?""What is that." I just tell them its a mini Dodge Charger. LOL She is unique like me. A very comfortable car. All made in the USA. Built in Detroit.(aside from the radio.)
Let me know what you think.

Congrats on the new Avenger. My wife has a 96 avenger and it's been a fairly decent car. It has almost 200,00 and it's seeing the shop more often now.Still cheaper then a new payment right now.

The Dodge products are quite nice...My rentals mostly are either Avengers or Caliburs and they drive nice, have a little "kick" and get good gasmileage. In addition, I own a 2005 Magnum RT and get dang good gas mileage in tha thing. I can make it from Redondo Beach ( where I live ) to Las Vegas on3/4's of a tank...and make it in about 3 hours 15mins.
