I have a bit of bad news. Yesterday, while my wife was driving to get the money order for this order, our car's transmission blew. $1400 later and I amunable to complete payment at this time. I still wish to complete the transaction but will not be able to until my next pay day (Aug. 11). I understand if youdon't want to wait and truly apologize for the inconvenience to you. If you are wish to wait, I am willing to have payment couriered to you in order toeliminate any further wait time for you. Please let me know how you wish to proceed. I've had "My child bid on it without my knowledge" excuse before.
One time I had a guy email me and say that his dad just died, and that he had to pay for his funeral expenses and couldn't pay for the auction.
How do you respond to one like that? I mean, it's very possible that it is true, and also possible that it is untrue...???

As a seller on eBay, I've heard them all. The son is a very popular one. it happens at least once a week.

The best one was the loser that said his cat jumped on the key board and bid. What's funny is, the idiot didn't even think through hisexcuse before contacting us.

OK, so what part did the cat play? Did it type in the bid? Or did it click the bid now, or wait, you were actually going to bid and the cat just jumpedup and hit the submit button right? The moron really didn't think it through.

Ok I see where this could of accidently happened... Yeah ok very likely story- if I was an idiot like you to believe it. lol

Man I wanted to go off but I thought a NPB strike was much better. lol
