Suggestions needed

Classics series 5 Texas Drive Em. Most all came with two tone paint. Looks to be enamel over the Spectra. Do you think it would be possible to remove the over coat of enamel leaving the spectra only? How best to go about it?

you could try a little bit of acetone on a rag and wipe very lightly- also removes tampos if you're careful, but will take paint off if you're not very careful
