    Default Cool map site

Google Earth was mentioned in another post, another good map site is http://maps.live.com. If you click on the "Birdseye View" it shows more detailed pics than google earth, and you can rotate the image to see it from other angles.image George

You can add a shortcut to your desktop by: Go to the web page, at top of the browser click on FILE, go to SEND, choose SHORTCUT TO DESKTOP. This is assumingyou have a PC, I don't know about a Mac. image George

imageimageThanks George! I created a shortcut for both MSN andGoogle. Seems Canada isn't very important. You can only zoom close in on densely populated areas. MSN has a sharper pic for cities, whereas Google allowsyou to Zoom in closer to places out in the country or remote places on Earth. On either I couldn't zoom in too close on my old country house, but you cansee Karens undiesimagehangin' on the line out back of her place better on MSNSearch! Andyimage
