    Default Any recommendations for Cabo?

We're planning a vacation cruise and it will include stops in Cabo San Lucas and Ensenada. Any "must-sees" or "gotta do's" that Ineed to know about (I already know about Sammy's place...)?

I recommend you DON'T do the "free shots" that are sometimes offered on the beach in Cabo, where a couple guys come around dancing and pouring amixture directly into your mouth, then shaking your heard around a bit to "mix it up". I don't know what's in those things, but my date(pre-marriage) couldn't stand up within about 15 minutes. I think it was laced with that date rape drug or something.
I know there's a few nice restaurants in town, and the "Trailer Park" was recommended. Since you're on a cruise, there will probably be goodfood on the ship. I don't know what sights there are to see there, so I can't recommend anything in that area, other than the cool rock formation justoff shore.
I haven't been to Ensenada in 35 years. I know the "blowhole" was an interesting site just south of there. Hussong's was the place to go, butit was very loud and roudy. I don't know what it's like now.

A couple I hit last time; Squid Roe,Gigglin Marlin, The Zoo, Cabo Wabo's got some good lobster fajitas & tunes, all within walking distance from whereyou dock.Solomons Landing is pretty lively,Lorenzillo's & Los Garcia are a little more upscale, those three are right on the marina. Have a blast, lotsto see & do. Cabo's one of my favs...dave

I don't remember the place, but it was right on one of the main corners. (walked from the cruise ship) I ordered the Shrimp Scampy and it was like twoPOUNDS of shrimp! A huge oval plate piled high. I couldn't eat it all.
I agree with avoiding any shots anywhere but in a bar where you are paying for them.
