Here's another one. Ian Hunter performing Michael Picasso. It's a song he wrote as tribute to the late, great Mick Ronson.
Mick collaborated with Ian for many years on & off and was the guitar player for David Bowie in the Spiders From Mars days. Ian was pretty shook up fromMick's death and you didn't hear much from him for about 10 years or so.
I've seen Ian perform this song many times over the years and one time sticks with me. I was fortunate to sit in the front row at a small theater we havehere in Cleveland at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. I could touch Ian's keyboard from my seat.
Anyway, by the time he was done with Michael Picasso, Ian was in tears too.

All awsome songs. And rock has several Catagories. Anybody with kids especially a son has to love cats n the cradle. Brings tears to my eyes everytime i hereit!!! Boston A Man i'll never be. Just a awsome song down to earth, my fav boston song. And Beth by kiss. Yep. Another goody. All of those do not getplayed enough. And another dust in the wind. Eagles. what were you doing when these songs were hot???? I bet the same thing as me?? a little of dis and alittle of dat. Those were the days!!!!!!! I WANT THEM BACK?? Music is good for the soul!
