The point of the stimulus money is to spend it and not save it. If you want to help the economy , then you need to spend those 13dollars on something. Everyone needs to cooperate and spend it. Putting it in the bank is not the right thing to do. SPend it. Give it to the nearestteenager or kid and they will spend it.

The man needs to be given a chance. Also keep in mind that there are problems in other countries too, not just in the USA.
Everyone has to do their part. Spend the freakin' money.
