yes I am still alive and kicking - michael has kept me really really busy and there have been some not-so-good health issues with my in-laws. Haven'tadded a readline in over three years, and I miss it, but spending time with the family is much more important than toys. Now he's almost old enough toshare them with (he just turned 4). Heading to England tomorrow for a vacation, courtesy of Grandma, so coast trips are out for the rest of this year as I haveshot my vacation allocation ! Email me some time and we can catch up properly.
I have also made some changes the last 14 months, and have lost 88 lbs. My goal originally was 90 so I have pretty much reached it. I have now extended thatgoal a few more pounds. Hope all is well with you and your family, looking forward to talking soon, Chris

Chris! I was just thinking of you yesterday. I kid you not! I was going to send you an email to make surethings are still going well in your life but I was sidetracked and never did get around to it. Now here you are. lol. HUGE congrats on losing all that weight.That's no easy feat! I know from experience! I will send you an email so you have my addy and you can email me when you get back from England. Lucky you. Ihave family in England but have never been there to visit them. Maybe one day. simple and difficult - bascially following weight watchers, giving up alcohol and choosing foods carefully, and walking. About 14 months back I asked for aposition change at work that allows me to walk about threee miels a day back and forth to the shopacross the street, and usually carrying 10 to 40 lbs a tripin truck parts. It has been tough and rewarding, the energy I have has increased tremendously. As for age, I don't know how old you are but I just crested51
