Any Runners going to Convention??

Hi all:

Just curious...are any runners going to the convention? If so...would like to hook up and go for a run or two (any distance between 3 and 15 miles)...will bethere Mon 28th - Thurs Oct...come on Mark, I know you are a closet runner...besides being an out of the closet golfer!!! LMK, anyone!! Thanks.

Well in the area the convention is in you better be a fast runner. Around LAX isn,t what i,d call luxurious or beautiful in any imagination. Plus when i wentlast year in my rental car to make a beer run and cigs at night i got out and in as fast as i could. And not use to seeing homeless sleeping under bus stopbenches with their grocery carts full of what they have collected. Just to let you know what the nieghboring part is like. I,m not sure where your from butOklahoma here .............my 2 cents

Trust me!!! You will get all the Exercise you need
just going room to room. Just use the stairs and not
the elevator!!! LOL

Never been there, but when I visualize running in LA, it generally involves seeing someone with stolen property being chased by the police.
I know ........ I need to go there and see for myself before I make such comments. Wish I could!
Have fun at the covention all! Wish I could be there too!

Thanks for the info...you can probably tell - never been to LA...In Reston there was a cool nature trail right beside the Hotel...obviously a different worldout there...btw, I'm from North Carolina and my very first marathon was in Oklahoma City...only reson I've ever been to Oklahoma...it was cool. Sawthe girl's World Series in Softball...Man, I couldn't hit one of theirpitches with a tennis racket!! lol See ya...Fred VC

Yea...that'd be my luck - the police would see me running - then shoot first and ask questions later!!! Think I'll try to find a nice treadmill insidesomewhere...lol
