-B.J. Penn vs. Diego Sanchez - It looked like Diegos head went through a windshield at100mph by the end of the fight. BJ totally dominated from beginning to the brutal end.

-Frank Mir vs. Cheick Kongo -
Mir dropped him and choked him out in 1min 12 sec of the 1st round, Kongo was simplyoutclassed. Looks like Mir vs Carwin will be for the interim HW belt.

-Kenny Florian vs. Clay Guida - Nice win for Florian. He made it look easy against Guida.

BJ beat him brutally? BJ is a true professional fighter and Diego is still kinda new.

My favorite fighter is Kenny Florian though! I hated it when BJ choked out Ken-Flo image

Thanks again for the heads-up Don!

Diego isn't new by any means, it's just that BJ is the best 155er EVER. Ken Flo will need to drop down from the 155 class, because he doesn't standa chance in that class, despite his win over Clay (which was the surprise of the night IMHO). Mir was ON, and that was quick. I hope he gets another shot atthat lard WWE castoff, so that MMA can go back to being MMA and not some BS WWE circus sideshow-which is exactly what he is and brings. Great night of fightsand that beat down of Deigo was the most insane display that I can ever recall any fighter taking. Nothing some stitches and icing will not take care of, whichis what makes MMA that much fun to enjoy.
For those with Showtime, StrikeForce rolls out their card this coming weekend.

BJ is a BEAST at 155. He completely handled Diego. I thought Kongo would be a little tuffer?? Frank just knocked him down and PUT HIM TO SLEEP! I still thinkLesnar is just to big and strong, for Mir. Lesnar was beating him up in the first fight, and got his leg stuck. Second fight was not even close, lesnardestroyed him. I agree though i am not on the Brock Lesnar wagon either. I think he is boring to watch. And Just dont care for his attitude at all. On theother hand Mir said after his fight, he was going to hurt lesnar????????? I think i have heard that before from Frank?? He is a bit head strong also. Cantwait to see more fights. GREAT STUFF!! Anmd as Always THANKS Don. U DA MAN!

Huge props to Kongo for NOT tappin, and just goin to sleep. While I agree about Mir, Mir came into that fight, if I recall, just under 240 lbs, which means, the boy is putting on some muscle to take another go at Lesnar. True, he took a beating in the first match, but it also says, he can take the punch that Lesnarhas. I wanna see BJ, go back up and take care of JSP, once and for all, since that last fight wasn't anything convincing, despite the gift JSP was given. At 155, there is no contest left for BJ. Dude didn't even take a seat, and that was through 5-5ers, if you need it.......
