Factory Five offers any number of cool kits - at fairly reasonable prices (last time I looked). Go to their website and you can order their catalog and aproduct DVD. It seems that I read somewhere, however, that they ran afoul of Shelby in some way (licensing, perhaps???) - maybe it was just an interview Iheard where Shelby was blasting all the Cobra kit manufacturers. Gettin' old, can't remember....

Looks like he's driving around John's Island, spitting distance from me. His video road trips suggest same -- I'll have to keep a watch for thereal thing.

Don't know if I have the patience for the kit car bug (maybe an almost finished Cheetah?) but I'll be happy if I ever get into another V8 again.

As stated above.these cars are no fun to drive for any kind of distance.I work on a few of them at the shop and pass the driving off on the boss as I simply do not fit into the things.I have the utmost respect for anyone who can drive a car while sitting in it crooked for any length of time.I have an unfinished kit sitting in the shop right now heckling me from day to day.
