why is it that when youre on the highway in a traffic jam where the lanes next to you are still moving, when you go over to one of the other lanes, the laneyou got into stops and the lane you were just in starts moving faster, but when you stay in the original lane, you just sit there?

Customers who stand in any food line for the better part of let's say 5 minutes, then when it's finally their turn can't decide what toorder!

people in the line at the grocery store that wait until the order is done before they get out their wallet, credit card,checkbook ect...........WTF did theyforget that they have to pay fot it?........HJ

the confused look (or better yet saying something like "this is to much") a cashier gives you when you give 21.51 instead of a 20 dollar bill whenthe total is 16.51

Customers with bad credit (or didn't pay their bill) and hand the clerk a card that will be declined. They then pull out anothercard that is also declined. Finally, they have to walk away without buying anything and the clerk has to call the manager to void the transaction.

I also can't stand it when little old ladies are paying cash and then they look their purse to find the exact change....... ahhhhhhh


and also the stupid morons that pay by check at the supermarket counter. I swear, supermarkets should charge 10% more to anyone that pays with a check. It's the 21st century, use the freakin' debit card. You can still log it into the checkbook register like a check.. One of these days if you hearthat a lady got shot at the supermarket it was probably me because I actually tell these morons to use a debit card instead of the checkbook and to stop tyingup the lines. I mean , it's the 21st century!

Mike, I do a thousand things a day . I do 99% of the shopping. I can't stand to wait behind these ladies.. I'm sure thatthere is something that annoys you. Come on, let out. It's a venting thread..

Maribel, it's the statement you made that you'd shoot a personfor being slow or holding the check out line. You'd take out the person's life for some frivolous reason. That's appalling to me. It takes only afew minutes to wait for a little old lady to pull out 5 pennies to add to the payment. If you rather spend 5 years in jail, go for it. I have better things todo during the 5 years of my life.

A note to add that there are automated 21st Century check-out machines that you can hurry by & be donewith it in a flash.
