Need some repair work.......

Hey, all you pro repair/restorers...I need some help and it could mean a job for one of you! I have a green Camaro that has some really sweet paint on it but the cowl is bent inward and cracked. I need to know if it can be repaired and not totaly ruined in the process...and if it is even worth the effort. I understand that this means drilling out the car. At this point, is it even worth trying to repair and save the existing paint? Or should I just leave it? I'm so confused!

Let me know if you are interested or just want to provide me with some advice/recomendations.
