How about bending these rules and I'm in! It's going to be tough to get the whole Overhaulin redline look without using some parts from othermanufactures. What does the consensus say?

If so, my entry is going to be in right away!

Here's my entry. I took Mike's, Ziurtoys, idea of adding a Roger Dodger motor. Also removed the front bumper, side pipes, hood, engine bay, C-pillar,enlarged the sun roof and mounted axels under the base to give it a true lightweight gasser look.

The Nomad is on the right track, it looks great. For this contest I'm only going to bend on the wheels. Redlines and Blackwall basic wheels(like the Nomadpix.). Next contest I will be more loose with guidelines/rules and such, but for this contest I want to push the Redline Kustomizing. chopping tops and partsSwapin' parts around from model to different model. You should be able to look at parts/cars and say for example-"that Nomad has a motor from aStripteaser or Rodger Dodger" or whatever part it is from whatever redline model car...
You can see some Kool Kustom' ideas in my images section of my Yuku page. Check it out. There are some Kool rides there.the first four pix(demon,36coupeconvertble',sugar caddy hearse' and the twinaeros' in the folder are from other members here. the others are some crude examples of what I'mlooking for.......

Here goes my entry. Started with a beat Custom Fleetside. Removed the faux fuel injectors from the hood scoop. The original plastic tonneau cover was missing,so i molded in a new hard cover. Painted rattlecan HOK Tangelo Pearl (looks much lighter in person). Interior was painted white. Also gave it that boulevardcruiser stance. image
