I would go after the parents to find out why he looks like a little sumo. What are they feeding him, tubs of lard? He looks a lot more than 2 years old! He is way too overweight.. Or perhaps the parents gave him cigarettes to see if he will lose a little weight?

I have a lot of questions about this. How did he get started? Why did someone give him a cigarette in the first place? How did he know what to do with it? And why would someone want a two year old that can't ever take a crap in a toilet to smoke a cigarette? Just plan Dumb!@!..........some real stupid people.

1- How did he get started? < It all started at 3 months......bills, job security, pregnant girlfriend, teething, social climate...
2 - Why did someone give him a cigarette in the first place? < His mom never liked that little Johnny kid next door/shack & for good reason. One day after nap, Johnny struck gold in finding the old mans full pack of butts on the floor....the rest is you tube history.
3 - And why would someone want a two year old that can't ever take a crap in a toilet to smoke a cigarette? < He actually was toilet trained at 2 weeks but fell off the pot when the nicotine monster grabbed his soul.
4 - Just plan Dumb!@!..........some real stupid people. < 100% agree!

watch the video and you can see he's being shown what to do with the cig.
that's just a big family of losers.
This is a real example of what a child can/will do in order to receive "approval" or confirmation from a parent. Also, how different humans are culturally. In many parts of the world the harmful effects of tobacco use are not yet a concern. That kid sure is a chunk.
I saw something about this somewhere. The entire society smokes like crazy and the cigarettes cost about 2 cents a piece---TB
