Well, I think since we are being ranked, we should start referring to each other by our appropriate title:

One bar - Private
Two bars - Corporal
Three bars - Sergeant
Four bars - Lieutenant
Five bars - Colonel

...and so on. And I think we should also wear RLOL uniforms at conventions, with our bars appropriately displayed, so proper decorum can be followed in terms of salutes, greetings, etc, and so those of higher rank can order the underlings to "HIT THE DECK AND GIVE ME TWENTY!!!" when they (for example) turn a car over to examine the base without supporting the hood.

And I know as long as the bars are present, I won't be here very much. I know it seems like a trivial, silly thing, but it really rubs me the wrong way.
