I need some Ebay help please!

Greetings:

I'm having some problems on Ebay. I'm trying to leave feedback for some recent sales. I go the deedback page where it shows all recent sales. I check the little circle that says positve. There is a box where you can leave comments wo I type in "blah, blah, blah etc" I go to the bottom of the page and hit the leave feedback button and nothing happens.

A few other issues.......The pages have also gotten jumbled up so they're hard to read. I can't go to the sort pages by highest price, lowest price etc. Nothing changes.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I can't find a contact number or even an online help desk. That ask Emma is a joke and a half. Any suggestions? Anyone have an actual number I can call?

HWB - I've done the broser refresh with no luck. Any other ideas?

Unfortunately all I can think of is save and quit, then reopen.
The bay seems fine to me so it, just might be on your end.

When quitting Firefox a warning window asks
Do you want Firefox to save your tabs for the next time it starts?, and a checkbox: Do not ask next time

The problem is solved. After being on hold for about 40 minutes I spoke with an actual Ebay representative!!! What he did is have me install Google Chrome which is something I've never heard of before. Now I can leave feedback, sort auctions the way I want and everything lines up like it's supposed to. The best part is it operates about twice as fast.

What's really odd is the software for my Canon camera started working again..........weird. Time to snap some more pics!
