I don't know if anyone is into airplanes (warbirds), besides hot wheels, but the airshow in Michigan is great. I have been going for the last several years. The show takes place July 23 & 24.
This years theme is the 100th anniversary of naval aviation. There will be planes from WWII to present day. (8 Corsairs, 2 Zeros to name a few).
They also do two battle reannactments per day, one will be a Europe theme the other Pacific.

Interesting thing is, where it is held, it is on the grounds where Willow Run Plant existed. Ford built B-24 bombers there during WWII.
